Ensured Security for Your Loved One

NYSARC Trust Services will administer a trust for your loved one with an intellectual or developmental disability to do precisely what you want – provide secure resources for your loved one without interfering with their governmental benefits.

We start with a minimum fund requirement of $25,000, but additions to the initial deposit are allowed. We administer the Trust under the terms included in the Trust document.

NYSARC Staff will consult with your loved one’s guardian, relatives and service providers to make the best decisions for your loved one in a prudent manner.

We charge no commissions, so we maximize the benefit to your loved one. The only fees you will pay are for investment management and direct expenses. Upon death, we’ll transfer $25,000 of the principal to our Exempt Fund to help other people. The rest we’ll allocate any way you want, as described in your trust document.
