The Exempt Fund

A Tax-Exempt Way to Help Those Who Have No One Else

We created the Exempt Fund to benefit NYSARC’s Guardianship Program and all the people with developmental disabilities it helps.

The program provides guardianship services to people with developmental disabilities who have no legal guardian. It provides advocacy and daily support, including ways to provide supplemental needs.

The Exempt Fund provides finances to meet those needs. Gifts or bequests to this fund are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax adviser for the full benefits. Your generosity supports the Guardianship Programs, but the Exempt Fund can do so much more – with your help.
