Perhaps our other trust programs don’t precisely meet your needs. Or maybe you are considering establishing an SNT or already have an established trust, but no longer have a trustee. NYSARC Trust Services may be the solution you need.

We can administer an existing trust, or a trust to be established in the future for any person with a disability listed under Social Security Law. We may be willing to assist whether it is a supplemental needs trust or other type of trust, even if the beneficiary does not have a disability.

The trustee is one of NYSARC's senior administrators, with more than 30 years of fiscal management experience. He works with our experienced staff and JP Morgan Chase to manage your funds.
