Community Trust III

Funded with Assets of $250,000 or More

Community Trust III is similar to Community Trust I in that it is primarily for individuals who receive government benefits, such as SSI and/or Medicaid. Accounts are established with a lump sum of funds or structured settlement.

The minimum initial deposit is $250,000. The distribution of funds remaining upon death of the individual is dependent on the size of the account and the existing Medicaid lien. Please refer to the trust document for more details.
