Board of Governors

NYSARC Inc. and its 55 chapters are governed by a 130-member Board of Governors. Chapters decide their own membership to the board based on one governor for the first 300 members, a second for 1,000 members and additional governors for each 1,000 members up to six governors. The board meets at least three times a year. It sets NYSARC positions on key policy issues, charges NYSARC management and sets the organizational platform to be adopted by NYSARC’s Delegate Assembly.
