Case Manager *NEW*

NYSARC, Inc., the largest not-for-profit organization in New York State providing supports to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, is seeking a Case Manager to assist our Trust Services department.

The position will report to the Beneficiary Services Manager.  We are seeking a versatile person who has case management experience working with individuals with developmental and/or mental health disabilities. Some travel is required.

Candidate must have at least two years case management experience, completion of Medicaid Service Coordinator core training program or equivalent preferred, experience accessing government entitlement and benefits programs, and the ability to assess beneficiary needs and assist in the development of our annual Trust spending plan. An Associate’s Degree or higher is required.
